We warmly welcome sister Baby Low (Bess) Mamaril who placed membership with PP last Sunday. Get to know this new sister who enjoys a cappella singing and studying the Bible with the House Helpers Bible Class.
Elder Adrian Teo will speak on the subject of “Jesus: Prophet, Priest and King” under the March theme of “Focus on Jesus” at the morning worships today. Come back at 6pm to hear our minister explain to the congregation how to “Pray Meaningfully” at our evening worship.
Continue to cover in your prayers the Shanghai team and the Bible land tour group as they make their way home next week.
The Open Bible Study has seen a drop in attendance over the Chinese New Year period. Let’s talk it up and invite our friends to the helpful series on the book of Ecclesiastes by brother Charles Cook, this Wednesday at 10am.
The Wednesday 7:30pm SPC series on “Fisher of Men” is now meeting at the Chinese worship hall. Bring the entire family. It’s the refreshing break between the Sundays.
The 2010 PP Church camp registration got off on a good start. If you have not updated your passport since your last camp, there is no need to fill in these particulars again. You can also register online at our website > PP Family Life > Church Camp.
Notes of the New Life Behaviour seminar and the Focus on the Family by brother HM Motsinger may be obtained directly from brother Charles Cook.
Bible Class teachers are asked to submit exact copies for printing to our church staff. Please do not waste the Lord’s resources over printing. Adjusting the quantity when attendance drops.
We are looking forward to the next SIBI full-time courses starting in April with brother Ed Wharton. The full-time overseas students will be joining our interns. They are Samuel, Joseph and Beckham from Myanmar, and Joel and Joe Swamy from India.
About our membership: We rejoiced with sister Molly Ponnusamy on the birth of a baby girl... and mourn with sister Serene Kuek on the demise of her father, brother Ngiam. Song service tonight at 8pm at block 65 Marine Drive; funeral on Monday.
